We are looking for a superstar to join our team who is prepared to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and show great attention to detail. You will be familiar with business development and engaging with prospects, to drive new logo acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets
- Providing Commercial Leadership and developing proposals to support client requirements
- Supporting Partner & Vendor Engagement: Maintain, expand and extend engagement of ServiceNow on behalf of the customer and FlyForm
- Analysis of Competition with the ability to demonstrate and clearly differentiate FlyForm focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
- Performing Account Targeting and Planning: undertake campaign and opportunity planning to maximise sales effectiveness and agree the activities performed by the virtual team
- Leveraging CRM to ensure pursuits and opportunities are updated, prioritised and accurately forecast
- Working effectively with Solutions Consultants and Delivery Teams in defining the right proposition for a specific client requirement
- Building satisfied, loyal and reputable customer relationships
- Managing the entire deal lifecycle from campaign to commercial close including updates to the relevant ServiceNow stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven record of reaching sales targets
- Exposure to the full sales lifecycle, with a focus on business development and new logo acquisition
- Familiar with planning and owning sales campaigns
- Demonstrable SaaS solution and services sales experience
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Experience gained working for a recognised IT reseller, partner and/or vendor
- Proven record of successful negotiation at senior level
- Persuasive, motivated and tenacious
Desirable
- Valid SC Clearance
- Managed Services / IT Professional Services experience
- Experience within a ServiceNow customer end-user environment
- ServiceNow Sales experience
- ITIL certified
