FlyForm wins ‘Excellent Customer Experience’ award at RITA 2024

At the 20th anniversary of the Real Innovation Technology Awards, FlyForm took home the Delivering Excellent Customer Experience Award in recognition of our dedication to providing the ultimate ServiceNow partner experience.

We’re delighted to announce that FlyForm has won the Delivering Excellent Customer Experience Award at the Real Innovation Technology Awards (RITA) 2024.

Held in London at the prestigious Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, the event saw some of the FlyForm team don their best outfits and enjoy an evening of drinks, canapés and celebrations.

Judged by an independent panel of senior industry figures, the RITAs recognise exceptional achievements by individuals and organisations in the IT and technology sector.

Now in its 20th year, the awards attract hundreds of submissions from leading IT organisations of all sizes and sectors. This year’s event saw some industry veterans such as CISCO and CGI IT UK in the mix, as well as several public sector bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority, the Department for Work and Pensions and HM Revenue & Customs.

We were thrilled to be nominated for two awards this year: Delivering Excellent Customer Experience and Technology Company of the Year.

We came home with the Customer Experience Award and thoroughly enjoyed meeting the other nominees and winners in such a historic venue.

On the award win, Leah Smith, FlyForm’s Chief of Staff, commented: “Winning this award is a testament to the dedication and talent of our FlyFormers who work hard to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients in every interaction.

"Combined with our stellar CSAT score, this award helps to showcase the real value we deliver for our clients every day as we successfully support them on their path to digitally transform.”
