What’s next for us?
As we’ve previously mentioned, we've experienced unprecedented growth as an organisation. Following triple-digit growth over the last few years, we're looking to move into a new HQ in Cardiff.
The goal of our new premises is to provide a warm and meaningful home that can support and improve the daily lives of our growing team. Our team's contributions are one of the reasons why our organisation is successful. Our Co-founders’ vision for our new home will comprise of various breakrooms, a meditation room to get some mindfulness and an innovation board that’ll allow our team to track their best ideas.
We strongly believe that providing a work environment that helps our team members relax and feel 'at home', is an integral component of our culture and a high priority on our list.
