We’re proud to announce that FlyForm has been named the ServiceNow Worldwide Partner Award Winner 2026 for Non-Profit Transformation – a recognition of the work our team has delivered alongside two extraordinary organisations in South Africa: Ndlovu Care Group and Lydia’s Mission.
This award means a great deal to us, not because of the badge itself, but because of what it represents. Behind it are real children receiving better care. Real educators spending less time on paperwork and more time teaching. Real communities gaining access to support that was previously out of reach.
Ndlovu Care Group: From paper to purpose
Ndlovu Care Group operates in rural Limpopo, where its programmes span early childhood development, disability rehabilitation, and nutritional care. When we first partnered with Ndlovu, much of their work was held together by spreadsheets, paper charts, and manual processes. It worked, but it was fragile – and it made it incredibly difficult to demonstrate the impact their programmes were having.
Using ServiceNow’s App Engine, we built custom applications designed around how Ndlovu’s staff actually work. Teachers mark attendance with a single click. Health workers input a child’s measurements and receive instant, clinically accurate growth assessments, replacing manual calculations that carried real risk of error. Therapy plans persist through staff changes, and automated alerts flag children who may need early intervention.
The result is a connected ecosystem that gives Ndlovu a complete, real-time picture of every child’s journey – from nutritional recovery to educational progress. That data tells a compelling story to donors and funders, helping secure the investment Ndlovu needs to grow.

Lydia’s Mission: Scaling care without losing heart
In eManzana, Lydia’s Mission provides daily meals, health checks, and social care to over 1,800 children and 400 elderly residents. As demand grew, paper-based processes couldn’t keep pace. Staff were spending up to 12 hours a week on administration, and leadership had no real-time visibility into programme performance.
We deployed Luminaire, our ServiceNow-powered platform built specifically for non-profits, to digitise core operations. The rollout was designed with simplicity at its centre – intuitive interfaces, familiar hardware, and hands-on training for staff with limited digital experience. Within months, administrative time dropped by 33%. Between January and May 2025 alone, the platform tracked over 82,000 meals across all of Lydia’s Mission’s Hope and Gogo Centres.
As founder Claire Brown-Kriel shared: “Luminaire is giving us the tools and resources we need to grow and expand. ServiceNow, and our work with FlyForm, have made it possible – where before it had seemed impossible.”

Why this work matters
Phil Davies, CEO of FlyForm, commented: “This award belongs to the teams at Ndlovu and Lydia’s Mission as much as it does to us. They trusted us with their mission and challenged us to create technology that delivers real value and impact for the people who rely on it.
"I’m also incredibly grateful to our team at FlyForm, whose skills and dedication make work like this possible, and to our clients whose trust enables us to invest in building things that matter. Winning the ServiceNow Worldwide Non-Profit Transformation Award is a proud moment, but the real reward is knowing that what we’ve achieved together is helping children and communities thrive.”
We believe technology should serve humanity – and this award is proof of what’s possible when that principle guides every decision. We’re grateful to ServiceNow for the recognition, and to our partners in South Africa for the opportunity to do work that truly matters.
